Quercitin is a supplement that has the same effect as an antihistamine.

The theory behind Zinc as a supplement is that it is involved in every chemical reaction that takes place in the body.

Zinc as a supplement takes up the space in the cell tissue that the virus would occupy.

Zinc also improves the eye sight and increases the sperm count!
