tommy - that $400 mil isnt DKs money...they cant touch it until merger closes. The fact that the stock is still around $12 hopefully means that its in good shape or its a big miss and it will tank as soon as they merge into DK. I have no idea...maybe DK is in good financial shape with a good control on expenses until business returns. but YES - you hit it on the nose..."A crap storm of unfortunate circumstances". You probably could have got 100 mil to one odds that every sport in the world would completely shut down.
