I am with optionsXpress, & to use their Streaming Charts or Quotes, I read on their site that you should always go into IE, click on Tools Tab, Internet Options...

Then Clear History, Delete Files & Delete All Offline Content!

I do this Daily before Market Open.

The Streaming Charts & Quotes run much better, if you do this.
