SEAC - among other things, KiK, "The lower than expected revenue was due to certain Framework deals that management anticipated closing in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020, which were pushed into fiscal 2021."

Also, in the section of the ER wherein mgmt states prior "Goals" and then "Results," there is a lot that's quite positive....
