I just saw this Jim Rogers video made recently. He again talks about the dollar and how it will be continued to be perceived as the "safe-haven" place to go until it's not anymore. He also mentions he started back accumulating gold and silver this past Summer, so that's a somewhat different spin he's putting on what he said before.

If he started accumulating PM's last Summer then that would indicate to me he thinks the bottom is in on PM's.
