CCTV RR season 1
Payment usually goes by territories covered. Andy put rates per half hour for different parts of the world in a shareholder letter. He has $30,000 per half hour for Asia (per territory for a two to three year term). It seems like it might be a bit high, but works out to be about $750,000 (for RR season 1). Given that streaming rights to the same region were also sold, it might be a lot less. It might also be a lot less if the rate is less.

I was assuming that both season 1 and two were sold at the same time.

It might also be more if CCTV is broadcasting RR in different languages. They broadcast in six languages.

For now, I'm assuming revenue will be in the $750,000 to $1.5 million, for both broadcast and streaming rights for season 1. I'm favoring the $750,000. I think that is comparable to what Nick Jr. paid for season 1, in the US.

Rates are in the table on page 5:
