I believe the reason pktx can take Dry Eye drops all the way to market is because the medium to deliver aagp is probably saline or some other readily available solution. For AMD or Diabetes or..., aagp is applied to a cell (stem, islet...) and pktx does not have these - therefore, licensing is appropriate in other applications.

This is a great opportunity for pktx to be incharge of their own destiny and really add value to the stock.
