JPS02, with this BIEI Share Structure Update...

The BIEI share structure has just been recently updated to reflect as of this past Friday (04/03/2020) to be 671,379,258 shares for its Outstanding Shares (OS) and 671,137,395 shares held at the DTC (Depository Trust Company) in circulation for retail investors to purchase:

This is awesome as I believe this is the last increase due to the convertible debentures based on my conversation I had within the CEO that I posted about on Mar 25, 2020 below:

I wasn't sure if the OS was going to be close to 1,000,000,000+ shares or not. It's not which is why this share structure update was so important to confirm the OS to be significantly lower. I am very confident that any shares that were previously added were bought by investors to absorb the Float after reviewing the volume history over the past couple of weeks and seeing that over 1.8 billion shares traded:

Also after reviewing the volume history over the past couple of weeks of over 1.8 billion shares traded and since now we know that the huge amount of volume does not logically justify the increase in the OS and DTC, this leads me to believe there is a short position of a few hundred million shares in need of being covered. Now I believe we will begin to see BIEI trade clean and how it's supposed to trade.

In my opinion, with still having a good share structure of 671,379,258 shares for its Outstanding Shares (OS) and 671,137,395 shares held at the DTC in circulation... and with the volume traded over the past two weeks being nearly three times the amount of the OS and shares at the DTC... the fuse has been lit.
