That is really the problem. A OTC with a 2.2 Billion OS trading with a $40 M market cap is almost unheard of. Kudos to VRUS but that OS needs to be reduced. Very hard for a stock to move with an OS that high.

For example I know of an OTC qb Mj/CBD indoor equipment installation Co. that does about $18 M a year in revs and trades for a market cap of $5 M. So VRUS has a very fair market cap.

The best thing they could do is either retire shares (if possible) or RS and try to get the OS lower and move to a higher exchange.
