Back in late Feb the company put out a PR which was followed up by an 8-K filing that states they reduced their outstanding debt by 45% ($1.1M). They did this with an institutional investor by giving him 250 Series C shares of the company's stock or 2.5% of the company.

So if 2.5% of the company is worth $1.1M then 5% = $2.2M, therefore, $2.2M X 20 = $44M
5% X 20 = 100%

An institutional investor must know what they see after visiting their warehouse and inspecting their books.
Yes that would equate to be approx. $80 a share.

So call me crazy if you like but I'm siding with the company's filings and the institutional investor. Now it's your turn to buy an $80 stock for a deep discount price @ $0.32. This price will not last long. See the recent S1 and 8K filings.

An opportunity of a lifetime.

538,000 OS
469,000 Float
Stock price is currently @ .32
Book value based of the most recent filings = $80 a share.
