I've been rereading the most recent 10-Q - unless they have dumped millions of shares since 12/19 - with no filing to support it (let's theorize 100M @ .005 and - that's only $500K) the indication is that they have 11.3M. I don't know why they would dilute that much at such a low level, when they had the price at least above .01 until Nov. 2019. It certainly trades like the O/S is much higher. I have emailed everyone remotely associated with this company re: O/S numbers . . . crickets. Not surprised.
