Once again, in the company's own financial reports, they have an asset value stated that is less than the debt owed, so even if there is a higher bid than the stalking horse $500k, it will not pay the debt. This is yet another attempt at a play on a Q stock to flip for a few bucks. The company telling shareholders they're getting nothing should be considered the truth.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
