And now its three reverse split? There were 2 and they were nearly a year apart not in a few months.

First split was after reverse merger part of the deal to try and up-list after the shell was acquired. 2nd RS was after a perfect storm of messed up events not, anyone cause or planned orchestrated scheme.

They have already pr'd their plan for the future. educe convertible debt, increase shareholder value, grow revenues and strive for profitability. So far they seem to be doing well this year, eBay sells are increasing(you can verify those yourself by looking at completed sold listings on eBay and this is just a small percentage of their sales.

They recently got rid of $1.1M in debt and their sales are increasing on their proprietary website.
