On June 18, 2018, we issued an aggregate of 100,000 shares of our common stock to Patrick E. Williams, who at the time was one of our Directors and an officer of Sangre for services rendered. The total fair value of the stock was $514,000 based on the closing price of our common stock on the date of grant.
On October 1, 2016, we granted 7,000,000 shares of common stock to Glenn E. Martin, our Chief Executive Officer, as a bonus for services to be performed from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019, as our primary executive officer, pursuant to an amended employment agreement. The total fair value of the common stock was $700,000 based on the closing price of our common stock on the date of grant.
In addition, on October 1, 2016, we granted a total of 14,000,000 shares of common stock to Glenn E. Martin, our Chief Executive Officer, for services performed from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016, as our primary executive officer, pursuant to his previous employment agreement.
