Most lenders associated with money which is invested into a company like BLSP, expect it to be a very Risky investment. The leadership of BLSP has no experience in the technology, and or the commercial business the technology is used. BLSP did a very good job of convincing the investors and shareholders that their model was different than others that failed (90%+ have failed). The investors DID not do their DD into the AD business, and the failure modes of all the others that have tried it. The business sounds great! Take waste materials and generate energy, and guess what the technology can do that. The problem is that the commercial application of this technology is just not there yet. Energy is still to cheap and consumers are not willing to pay 4X more for this green energy.

We have seen BLSP involvement in Lawsuits. To date they have lost them all. The management team does not have a good record with ETHICS. Not me saying that, just look at what the courts have ruled.

It is my understanding that all who have won the suits have not collected a DIME, which is very typical for these little highly leveraged companies, they never have any money and their assets have been legally pledged to lenders so there is nothing to collect.

BLSP preyed upon HOPE, peoples hope that the technology was going to save the world. AD is NOT this technology. AD is in fact pretty dirty in terms of pollutants which it produces vs energy it produces.

BLSP Leadership jumped in with HOPE, believing that they were smart enough to work around the issues which caused the others to fail. They were not. They made the same mistakes and have had the same outcomes. They torched a lot of money. The investors and shareholders played a very low odds of success game and LOST.

Suing this company is another waste of time and money, Attorney will win, NO ONE ELSE
