The most likely scenarios is that the FED offers cruise lines something, but they are going to want the cruise lines to bring back their income to the U.S. and actually pay U.S. taxes.

Or else offering them some sort of package with a much higher interest rate than what U.S. companies are getting was floated by one senator (or congress person, I can't remember).

Just my own speculation as of right now, nothing looks likely near-term for the cruise lines unless something pops up out of nowhere.

Short term if you are in $CCL it could settle on the chart around $11 give or take. Hard to speculate beyond this week because every week is so eventful now!
