Here's a great site to track the status of the virus using bar charts for the main countries affected - US, Europe, Asia (have to scroll down ~ halfway down the page) -
They chart the number of new cases each day, but the statistics for deaths per day (not shown) should lag, with the 'new cases' statistics peaking before 'new deaths' do).
Based on this data it looks like Italy actually peaked almost 2 weeks ago. Spain looks like it peaked over the last 1-2 weeks. Germany looks like it has probably peaked. Iran peaked about a week ago. The UK may have possibly peaked.
The US is still going up. The stats to watch will be New York City and State. Once those peak and start falling, we'll be through the worst of it. It wouldn't be surprising to see New York peak over the next several weeks, with the US as a whole peaking a few weeks later.
