The last updated SS was on 3/25/20 and now 4/3/20. The 55M or odd shares added to OS is from 3/26 through 4/3. But we have no way of knowing if these shares were just issued and outstanding or were sold and in the float already. Know that the shares may have been issued to some accredited investors and in the OS but the investor could be holding it for 3X-5X return. No one would buy it at $0.03 to sell for 30-40% profit. That is not how they work. So things are a little cloudy from my vantage point.
