The violation in the new merger agreement has now been fixed and can be seen in the company's filing found on the following link.

The next step is to wait for HYMC to be released on the NASDAQ as shown on January's press release: https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/mudrick-capital-acquisition-corporation-to-combine-with-hycroft-mining-corporation

HYMC was originally set for the NASDAQ by the middle of this year but it is possible that it may take longer because of everything that is going on in the world with the coronavirus. As soon as we get news on this, we will let you know.
