Methinks the problem is that companies(CONpanies?) such as MRIB are good (at least for awhile) at attracting those investors/gamblers who are new to the OTC and who, until they learn otherwise, THINK that SEC protects them.

Yeah, I was a sucker, but when Marani Vodka showed up at the Costco I went to I believed MRIB to be a legit company and the rising share price was because MRIB was gonna be big, and I was gonna be rich because even my portfolio actually looked great. Well, for awhile at least.
