For those new to the board, here’s how Verus typically works in regards to Mergers and Acquisitions:

They fund their deals strategically:

- Find an M/A target such as ZC top with large amounts of unfunded back log and high growth potential.

- Provide capital to the acquired company in return for at least 51 percent ownership of said company.

- Unlock the backlog with the funds and enter hyper growth mode.

- No dilutive acquisitions and little risk to shareholders or Verus because all they’re doing is providing capital while letting the entity make them money.
