I will be leaving my home this morning to do something for a neighbor. He is in his 80s, and wants me to rototill his garden plot for him. I think that should be an allowable activity, so long as I take care not to expose him or myself to the virus. I do this for a number of neighbors, and do not charge anything for the service, asking only that if they have surplus produce from their garden, they donate it to the local food bank. Paying it forward is my goal. This should be allowable in my opinion, regardless of stay at home orders.
