Captisol which is made by LGND is incorporated into every dose of Remdesivir because it allows Remdesivir to become soluble so that the body can absorb the Remdesivir.

Remdesivir will not work unless it has Captisol incorporated into the dose.
LGND makes Captisol and that is where the value in LGND lies.
