I never figured out who Phil was. I am going to leave it up to the SEC to deal with him. there have obviously been cases litigated by the SEC for messageboard pumping - and if anyone gets charged with something, my guess is that Phil will be at the top of that list. I am not counting the KNOWN insiders that were posting as well - like Mike/Bodi, Dogman/James, and stock tout TUT/John.....
5,000 of Phil's posts were deleted when he reached 10,000 posts the first time. He is now above 10,000 posts again. The SEC has a lot of reading to do!
