Last company PR was October 9, a full six months ago. It trumpeted the beginning of pilot plant reassembly, something that was supposed to happen two years earlier.

Most notable, though, is what the PR didn’t contain. Despite constant assurances that reassembly would be a simple 4- to 6-WEEK process, there was no mention of a completion date.

And the beat goes on.
