This was headed for a classic Ponzi scheme - Costello would raise more money to pay CANN - then more money to pay those investors...

But he wasn't smart enough to pull of the scam.

My question is how stupid are the CANN guys to give Costello $2.8 million - it appears they didn't do any research on GRN Funds or Costello.

Did they think PBC was a real financial institution.

The Washington DFI was already investigating Costello. He has really screwed up this time.
