dave, IMO, this is the best news S3 could issue at the moment. It would not do S3 any good to try to uplist to another exchange. They don't qualify for another exchange and it would cost the S3 shareholders way to much if S3 tried. On the otcbb, the pps can regain ground while the company is improving their business plan. It all takes time but S3 should do fine in the end. It will be interesting to read the 15c2-11 when it is filed. The 15c2-11 should give us more insight into what is going on at S3 headquarters and their subs, IMO. scoob
