Well as far as the future events that need to happen in order to give this CVR any real value? Again I did not ask specifics but I will assume it is the approval of some of their drug portfolio by the FDA which takes the stock over that $330 mark. I know that most CVRs that have any real value are normally within 10% of the actual stock price...so this has a ways to go. Because this CVR has been valued so low for so long now (around a penny), I can only assume that insiders and the market (which knows a lot more than us) believes that these milestones will not happen.

Now, I do think it worth the while to go find other CVR stocks that are in the same situation (or better) as this one.
