According to Calabria if the virus lasts more than 6 months we could see more foreclosures. More foreclosures will put a lot of pressure on the GSEs to meet financial numbers. this could mean another bailout or no exit from conservatorship. If this happens Commons will go down and Preferds will go up. What is the best investment in the GSEs right now???
