Shorts definitely still in the game. PRED Might need news on contracts and revenues next week and pps of 4 to start to chase them.

If strong volume pushes close to 5 million today...Shorts may have decided to avoid the risk.

My guess is a finish 1.25 and next week pps will rise to 3 bucks
