WCVC also has a Mexican food restaurant, El Señor Sol (at present I can't tell how many restaurants there are, but it looks like more than one). I assume they are open for take-out business, and thus open at all, since some reviews are very recent (within this week).

Googling it shows mixed reviews, with a common complaint being missing items on delivery orders. Some really like the food, others not so much.
