overall that makes no difference with penny stock runs.

i see grey sheets run 500-1000% all the time. none of them are current.

conversely, plenty of current reporting penny stocks, QB etc, with earnings, and with stock price continuing to drop into toilet.

this is not the big boards, financials and current reporting status matter very little in OTC.
