This is an enrichment scheme by a few scam artists in canada. Imagine, incorporated in colorado, which is where their attorney dwells, and they reside in Montreal. Camilles address doesn't even have a dwelling on it, according to google maps. Vacant lot. Slilaty apparently runs multiple shells out of a residence. Including the former parent company on SBFM.

They will bankrupt this, start the scam again with NOX pharma. Pay themselves handsomely to do nothing. Dilute to pay their salaries.

Being a new RS, you will likely see a form 4, gifting themselves more shares. Gotta make up the difference.
