Care to elaborate as to why motions to dismiss have been granted in part and some allegations dismissed in their entirety? And why does the sec have to rewrite their complaint for now the third time? I thought the sec was to give a crushing blow to nphc’s existence! And of course, the sec still has to prove their case should it go to trial.. the sec’s hand is getting weaker! Lol
