Companies set up their companies in a situation like this in British islands for the ability to complete this complex merger ..with three major governments involved with TRDX left few options and reason it took so long was to find the way to do it..and that was with the BVI. People are getting way wierd here.. the main address on the filings are all the same..as they are listed on nvsos.. maybe people still wanting cheap shares..idk..imo

It's an offshore holding company.. simple as that.
