about the thirteenth paragraph (or what you call one these days), this was said...

"Shemtob said that doctors had prescribed Lat a Z-Pak (azithromycin) and an anti-malaria drug. They also were treating him with an IL 6-inhitbitor to fight the inflammation of Lat’s lungs."

hydroxy does not work alone without the IL 6 inhibitor... so a drug like Leronlimab is needed either way
