If you don’t want to supplement copper, then add cashews to your diet. Foods high in copper are known as brain foods, you’ll understand when you build your levels up.

Check out oil of oregano, best anti viral, anti fungal, anti bacterial agent there is for health maintenance. Available by prescription only in Europe, but over the counter in the states. Take a probiotic opposite end of the day though, since it is not selective in what it kills.
