Update on St Pete Projects:

I drove by the Hotel lot and nothing has changed. Not sure there will be any changes for a few months. The Vantage looks 90% Complete the bottom retail space is all windowed in. All the Rooms have Windows , Doors and Balconies and the Building is all painted now. Very Close once this project gets completed.
