Lol motions to dismiss were partially granted.. some were dismissed totally.. plaintiffs have to resubmit their complaint again based on the current decisions.. .. worse case scenario is they go to trial where the sec has to prove their case... a case which has already been weakened by the dismissals already rendered.. so, it’s not so bad.. and it is moving forward.. have fun! Lol
