CDEL must still represent a short. He showed a 500k Bid at .022 only took 450k not taking the full 500k that he thought would never be sold to him. Took in the 450k and then instantly flipped over to the offer at .024. If he really wanted to make $ on the trade he'd stay there since nobody has dropped . CDEL has now dropped t0 .0234 to put pressure on the psyche of the market. He won't hit the .022 bid by ETRF because that is his bid as well. Scumbags.
