They already stated the plan! Read the PR. They are struggling financially and cannot afford completion. They are focusing on what they can do to keep the lights from shutting off.

Domain names aren’t even being renewed! Too expensive. Can’t get blood from a stone and paying maintenance fees is a requirement for business to stay afloat.
