Agreed learning! I just can't wait until the accredited investor big boys begin showing up here after PASO's BOD's start releasing all their value-driven filings and news!

This is about a pristine/clean OTC public vehicle any major players would want to take over...because it already possesses a sexy share structure with a paltry 146M float(31m shares of which are already in the hands of PASO affiliates I might strongly add). And there's also ZERO 3rd party convertible noteholders on PASO's financials period!

So for those on the outside looking in who happen to stumble across the opportunity here, all I can and will suggest is that you spend the hours necessary to do all the available due. Only then when you know why so many experienced OTC players are already here, practicing patience & persistence until PASO's distinguished/esteemed BOD's can begin pushing valuation driving things of significance AND extreme value-driven consequences across the finish line up ahead right cheers~
