Here is an email that I sent to FINRA today:

"I left a voicemail for you today. I just witnessed the strangest trading in our Company stock yesterday, ACCR. I have never seen so many 100 share blocks trade so fast in my life.

PICTURE OF ALL THE 100 SHARE BLOCKS --->how does the human finger type each order in so fast?

How does so many 100 share blocks trade between 13:23:45 and 13:24:05. I wish FINRA could see who bought each block, and who sold each 100 share block between seconds? The human hand cannot type orders so fast...lol. This in my opinion was an ALGO TRADING SELL PROGRAM to naked hard press our stock.

I am telling' ya my friends, I smell a rat fink HARD PRESS NAKED SHORT in my Company stock, and FINRA is being alerted to that weirdo trading from yesterday. Thank you for stopping by "bearspread." This is a very complex word you just used on our board. I just want to thank you for stopping by,,,,,our disgraced board. OBTUSE.....wow! Listen this world is full of fraud, and I know there is some here in ACCR trading.

MY DEAR SHAREHOLDERS------> There is no reverse merger happening until I get the FUNDING AGREEMENT in place.

270,000,000 at .001 = $270,000.00 that needs to be funded....and I report as CFO.....there is no funding agreement in place yet.
