Actually not sure. Based on my DD it’s such a moot point I don’t even care. Insiders buying open market are same as retail buying those shares. Same cost and same outcome. So why would they waste money if they planned to follow through with the previously planned RS? Pretty simple really but most penny traders really aren’t that smart. So I’ll scoop here this week like I have been and other folks can chase later.......
