Some have stated they want to buy a lot more shares but orders don't get filled. Why, with this done deal with Total, isn't it worth bidding higher? Surely a $100 million cash plus carry deal as claimed by insider expert would sent the price into the pennies, yet no one willing to bid more than a few hundredths. Something not adding up, even with new erhe paradigm math.
