For the new folks arriving..if your hear because of the noise this is making and have not bothered to read the filings....this is the new majority stake holder in TRDX...its still classified as a shell.

Thats due to the fact that the filings only cover up to the end of 12/31/2019 starting in January and when the filing for the first Q is out the shell status will give way... look around you will see a nice size work force as well as multiple millions in revenue. Welcome hope you stay for something other then a quick flip.
