Geeze Arloco how many things can "you" multi-task?

I ask you....LOL

Hey.. I'm getten it..It's just that the dates are sooo.. hard and really.. They seem to be in the Patent Attorneys hands...I don't know why?.. but I thought I read somewhere that we have up to 3 months after issue to announce it?

Maybe you can..or would answer it for me..

Or?

...If there has to be any public anouncement Rule at all?

I thank you for showing me that site..I have spent hours on it..and I seem to understand that Pair Roundabout a little better each time I'm on it. Although it still get's abit confusing.

Viking I know we are not suppose to bring over Posts
It's your right..if you want to delete it..

I know everyone reads both the boards anyway..

I just wanted to show Arloco that I'm on it..!!

Arloco..you might have missed this..I may be a Day Late but "NOT" the dollar short..

As for our Brand Protection..

I still think getting our Patents issued and in order as a most Important Piece of our overall Business Plan.

I also think that anyone "Partnering" (used loosely) with us would like to be assured that Manufacturing anything ??? of ours.
The Meth Gun for example.. would be more secure with a patent.

Can you imagine Manufacturing our gun .. only to have Infringment Lawsuits out on us.. before we have left the Manufacturing Plant?

If we are in the mix with any dealings with someone as powerful as Smith and Wesson..well I kinda gotta think we are swimming with some perty "big" and "old" Sharks. (The S/W company is ancient..you know?..lol older than dirt..GE is another one).

Having a more secure hold with a Patent Issued not a Patent Pending..especially for the specialized area we are in. Would be a must.

And... if we are smart..

We don't need to go blowing our horn too loud yet..lol we've been "tooting" it though in bits and pieces. As evidenced by the findings and Postings on these boards.

All one has to do is go back to the timeline to see that the first Patent issued may have had some baring on the Lawsuit filed.

A lot happened in a short time if I remember it right.

Anyway........This Next Patent is on it's way....

Notice what this Patent says it does.. I space things out for myself because it makes it easier to digest.

The basic measuring system includes optics, a spectrograph, a detector, and an energy source ("head" components), along with a computer and control electronics and power source

capable of

The First Patent "issued" not..("allowed") took almost

3 months from the date of the "Dispatch to FDC"

To get "Fully Published" and accredited or what ever they do with patents...to have a number assigned..

Anyway..

If we look 3 months or so from this date looks like Feb or March..

If it is announced before then It will be a pleasant suprise.

Read thru this and you will see that we were issued an Allowence back in June. The balls been in our court since then .. We went International with our search to make sure we didn't infringe on any European Patents..as published in the Patent Files..If I understand correctly..
