There is no positive!! I have sent many emails and left many messages by phone with no reply about the ACC deal. I get there is not much to be said because lawyers wouldn’t want them talking but let’s be real here, share holders deserve to get a response even if it is just lawyer mumbo jumbo.

This will turn out with just shares coming back to LIHT and that crook getting away with his company back. So the hole deal will just be shareholders feeling the beat down with the 4-1 split. Who knows he might even get the name citation back!?!? We might be LIHT again with a 4-1 split and a year with nothing but dilution to share holders, if you forgot about the 4-1 split lol??

Whatever happens it’s a year of nothing positive happening with this company just more turmoil and unknowns!! You can almost LIHT a match and watch LIHT go up in flames
