It'll cost $180k to buy Jeff King's 600 million at today's price. As far as those elusive 700 million CANN10 shares, the 2019 annual report says--

September 2019 - Merger completed between the Blue Diamond Ventures Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary Blue Diamond
Consulting LLC and Harvest 360 Technologies LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, with Harvest 360 Technologies LLC being the sole surviving entity.

7000 shares per 1% equity was used to calculate the 700 Million shares that were committed to Harvest 360 Techologies as part of the merger. These shares have not yet been issued

Those CANN10 shares WERE "issued" and are still counted in the O/S. The way I read the AR it sounds like they're headed into the pockets of H360 stakeholders but had not yet been transferred or "issued" to THEM as of 12/31/19. Why else would they simply allow their company to become an asset of BLDV and not receive a big fat equity stake? Makes no sense.
