Question about his shares. He has 166+ million. If he sells say, 1 million, does he need to disclose it or since there are no restrictions can he just go ahead and sell? Is it possible he’s sold in the last ten years, nobody can contact him and so they put it out there as if he still has those shares? I guess my question is, how would the company verify how many shares he has?
